With the rise of homebuyers looking for properties on line, photos have become more important than ever for REALTORS to put their best foot forward. An NAR (National Association of REALTORS) survey reports that 83% of homebuyers find photos very useful in their search. Fortunately REALTORS can get great photos with many cameras without the expense of fancy lenses. A basic knowledge and good old common sense are still required however. Sun filled windows washing out the details in a room, snow on the ground in pictures posted in May as new listings, toilet seats up, unmade beds and kitchen counters loaded with stuff, just doesn’t get the job done. Pictures need to show off the properties special features and be unique to make them stand out from the competition.
